"Très bon outil en ligne pour personnaliser le produit. Parcours intuitif jusqu’au paiement et espace de suivi des commandes bien fait. Seul bémol : le service client qui ne répond pas aux e-mails (et pas possible de les appeler). J’avais fait une commande et espérait être livré en 9 jours (quitte à payer plus cher) mais impossible de pouvoir en discuter avec eux. Livré 1 jour trop tard pour mon besoin, dommage !"
