"It's very good, but just two small remarks: Recently, customer requests for signature-free delivery when purchasing items are no longer taken into account. Tracking emails are rare, so deliveries are almost always a surprise. Sometimes it's in the mailbox (which is convenient for me) but without email notification, or on another day, it’s delivered in person with a signature, always unexpectedly. When you're traveling, it makes you run around a lot. A reinforcement in thickness at the level of the DTF print markings on thinner textiles would be a plus, as some parts of the DTF designs from my first order are starting to come off slightly after the first wash inside out at 30 degrees on a short cycle (especially the textiles weighing 180g). Aside from these two points, I am quite satisfied."
