"Very good online tool to customize the product. Intuitive process up to payment and well-done order tracking area. Only downside: customer service does not respond to emails (and cannot call them). I had placed an order and hoped to be delivered in 9 days (even if it meant paying more) but impossible to discuss it with them. Delivered 1 day too late for my need, too bad!"
